Shortcuts/Business
This is the tool to create a shortcut. You can use it for bars, restaurants, schools, churches, libraries, clsc, hospitals etc.
Example: You want to create shortcuts for bars. Choose the letter B (for bar) space and the name of the bar. B The little frog and click on Add.
In the box Change name enter The little frog. Then you enter the address. In the box Call restriction check Bar/Tavern. This will ensure that cars that do not have a bar will not receive the call. The box do not match Address with Business is used when a business is in a shopping center to avoid address confusion. If a business is alone in the building you don't need to use it. Keyword is used when you want to search in F2. Example: Call screen enter frog in street name and shift+F2 or just F2 a window will open and you will have access to different information or just one depending on what is entered in your database.
When you have completed these boxes you can add a note if you wish. The Out of Area box will make the operator see that it is out of the territory. When everything is complete, save or add. That's it, your shortcut is created! Repeat the operation for all the businesses you want to add. The shortcuts generally used are the following: B for bar, R for restaurant, E for school, Church for church, BI for library, Clsc for Clsc and Hôp for Hospitals, C or clinic for clinic, etc.
