Full search
Depending on the company, in the search with F5 you can go back up to 72 hours, in the full search you can go back up to 3 months, if you check archive, it goes back to the beginning of the installation of Fraxion. To access the full search, log into the Fraxion system if you are logged out. If you are already in the dispatch or call pickup screen, press F4 to access the options menu. Then select call search. In both cases a table will appear. In this window you can make several searches. You can search by car, by address, by remark, by phone, by pocket number or date/time + search as in F5. However, a complete search allows you to go back up to 3 months. In the section start date and end date choose the start date you want to see and the time. Usually it is 00:00 and then select the end date with the time you want, usually we enter 23:59. Then click on search. It will show you all the calls in the last three months that match your search. You can print your search if your printer is connected to the computer you are searching. If your search is for an event that is more than three months old, check the archive and you will be able to go back a long way in time. You can also proceed by date/time and search but this will only give you a week back depending on what the companies decide internally.
